Four formats - from short diagnostic to end-to-end run.

Three main engagements (Opportunity Mapping, Blueprint, Build & Run) cover the entire journey, from strategic diagnostic to continuous operations. A fourth format - the AI Sprint - offers a short, engaging entry point for organizations that want to start concretely before committing to a longer cycle.

The recommended entry format is the Opportunity Mapping for organizations in strategic framing, or the AI Sprint for those who already have a scoped use case and want a fast unlock.

How to choose

Which format depending on your starting point.

Each format has a precise function in the journey. The right entry point depends on the maturity of the AI topic in your organization and the horizon in which you want to act.

MATRIX 01 - ORIENTATION

4 FORMATS

01

Starting point

You want to frame strategically before committing budgets

Output

Diagnostic, opportunity / risk matrix, prioritization and 90-day roadmap.

Next path

After the request: short pre-diagnostic, scope validation, then a framed proposal.

02

Starting point

You have a scoped use case and want a fast unlock

Output

A focused deliverable for a compatible case: prototype, mini-blueprint, matrix or targeted audit.

Next path

After the request: eligibility check; payment only if the sprint is confirmed.

03

Starting point

You want to set the target architecture and governance before deploying

Output

Target architecture, agent / human / tool mapping, governance and deployment plan.

Next path

After the request: reuse of existing diagnostic work or preliminary framing if the topic is still unclear.

04

Starting point

You want to build, integrate and operate an agentic system over time

Output

Build sprints, integrations, operational agents, dashboards, runbooks and handover.

Next path

After the request: validation of the blueprint, client/cabinet responsibilities and first sprint.

Indicative reading: the final recommendation depends on context, data, risks and execution capacity.

Pre-diagnostic

What happens before any commitment.

The first conversation is used to qualify the right entry point, not to push a default service. It distinguishes diagnostic, AI Sprint, Blueprint and Build & Run based on maturity, risk and execution capacity.

01

Incoming request

Business-day response, clarification of context, objectives, data/compliance constraints and decision level. No payment is triggered at this step.

02

AI Sprint eligibility

The AI Sprint is recommended only if the case is bounded enough, stakeholders are available and the deliverable is realistic in 72 hours or one week. Otherwise, the diagnostic or Blueprint are healthier.

03

Reasonable safeguards

The practice commits to a method, deliverables and a reinforced best-efforts obligation. It does not promise ROI, legal compliance or model performance without verified context.

04

Follow-up path

The restitution may lead to stopping, an AI Sprint, a Blueprint, Build & Run or internal handover. The follow-up remains an explicit decision, never automatic.

Framing criteria

What is checked before recommending a format.

The recommendation does not start from a service catalog. It starts from topic maturity, risks and the organization's real ability to move.

01

Topic maturity

Is the case still exploratory, already scoped, or ready to enter construction?

02

Data quality

Are sources, access rights, owners and constraints already known?

03

Governance risk

Does the case involve compliance, human validation, auditability or decision exposure?

04

Execution capacity

Does the organization have the stakeholders and decision windows required to move?

Diagnostic

Identify the right format for your organization.

A first exchange lets us quickly orient towards the most adapted service for your context - Opportunity Mapping to frame, AI Sprint to start, Blueprint to structure, Build & Run to industrialize.
